What should you include in your request?
The contact form can include the address, a return phone number and a short account of the problem. Say whether it began suddenly, followed a power outage or appeared after other work on the house. Include the original installer and fan model when you already have that information.
Accessible photographs of the gauge, pipe or fan label may help describe the setup. There is no need to climb into an unsafe space or open equipment to complete the request. If the concern comes from testing, provide the complete report with its dates and measurement location.
- Location and a reliable way to return your call.
- Observed symptom and approximate starting date.
- Relevant equipment records or recent radon results.
When is the appointment confirmed?
Air Sense will need to establish the assessment scope and available schedule. A submitted message is not a confirmed repair appointment or a promise that a particular replacement fan will solve the problem. Ask how the proposed work and any follow-up measurement will be documented.
